I called in here while fancying a spicy dip burger working in Sheffield, great customer service despite the phone being non stop with orders, very friendly staff and the burger meal was great!
The food isn't always cooked properly. Sometimes its hard, burnt or undercooked. Even the mild is spicy. The wedges are semi hard and some inedible. Dont even mention the chips if you're wanting hard oil filled pockets for chips this is your place. If you're someone who cares about their health, avoid it itll give you heartburn and indigestion due to rushed undercooked chips. For those who dont want to smell like burning neither strong oil then avoid this shop before occasions because you'll smell and feel greasy. Staff are friendly, nice atmosphere, ample parking. Safe area. The feeling this shop gives it's like a family run business. I'll leave you to do the maths inbetween on what to expect. The likelihood of the food being on point or edible is like 3 out of 5 times.
Tried this place for the first time in a October 2023. This place is real value for money, ordered four burger meals. The staff are very polite and fully understand the menu. The food is nice and freshly cooked. The premises is a bit small, but very clean and has tables to eat in. You can’t beat this place in terms of value for money. The labelling on the boxes was really helpful.
Is this the best spicy dipped burger in Sheffield? I've been coming to HFC for a little while now and have had a few different things on the menu. Everything has been absolutely amazing and the staff are so nice! when I saw they had started doing a spicy dipped chicken burger I was looking forward to trying it!! I've tried just about every place in Sheffield that does them and this is by far the best one I've had. It's on the spicier side which I enjoyed but the mayo cools it down nicely. I'd put this on par with some of the best places in Manchester and I'll be back next week for another!
